Could be a good weekend without kicking a ball, started last night with Blackburn getting beat.

As long as derby and Brum don’t pick points up both could win

As football goes one of the teams below us are likely to have a little run of results, if Sheff.Wednesday get their act together I wouldn’t rule them out going on one new manager bounce and all that I’m glad we are ten points ahead of them.

I’m concerned much like CC84COV of comfortable Derby and Birmingham victories today.

luton are probably a win away from safety
birmingham would need to win 5 from 11 to go past them then
they have won 8 from 35 so far!

Yea Luton won't be involved, I'm watching them now purely because of our game midweek... Fancy us to get something me, keep it tight, don't let many balls into the box as they have aerial threat, don't give too many set pieces away.

tough place to go but with no fans I think we will beat them they don’t score many and defence is average

Jordan Clarke and that lanky Adebayo their best players at the moment. Rely on aerial stuff plus general physicalityi in the box. Brad Potts (defender) just stretchered off before half time (replaced by Crainie!), so won't be lining up against us. James Collins on bench, but bet he plays on Tuesday.

If Blues and Derby win today do you think we will go down?

No from me. Blues not winning would make me more confident.

Blues would need to win 4-0 to go above us on GD, not very likely

Watching Luton, back to what I said they are very dangerous if you let them cross the ball... Some cracking deliveries but poor finishing.

Wing backs stick tight to their wide men, prevent set pieces as much as possible we have a chance

Unrelated, Swindon look on course for relegation back to league 2...

Such a shame, another club who gave it the biggun about our situation going to shit, that's Bradford, Swindon, Sunderland all had their commupence so far

Clubs like Swindon see finishing above a club like us as an achievement. It never lasts, we were always going to overhaul them in the long run.

I look at the league 2 table and still can't believe we as a club sunk that low we had to stand on steps at forest Green etc

I couldn't imagine playing in that division again

Hamer is the issue he’s naive and Gullible when it comes to giving away needless free kicks,Osti & Fadz will need to be at their best

I thought Luton played well and were unlucky. If they play like this on Tuesday we are in for a tough game. As always, a point away would be good.
Swansea, along with Cardiff, are a really unattractive team with a win at any cost attitude. Constantly fouling, pulling players back. I really dislike how they ‘play’ football.

Watched the first 5 minutes of the Wycombe game and their centre back Tafazolli (left footed) has nearly scored twice from corners and looks a real beast in the air. Might be cheap and worth a punt at the end of the season. Not seen enough of him defensively, but if we do lose Osti, this guy seems to offer a similar aerial threat,

You cannot tell me that we wouldn’t each pay £3 to watch a giant televised game of Wembley Doubles at Ryton this afternoon. What are we even supposed to do with our Saturdays?
