Tickets for the (you gotta know when to..) Oldham game (1 Viewer)

Will be coming over with a couple of Spanish friends for the Oldham game, both Barcelona fans who I am working on converting into long distance City fans !! Just wondered if anyone had any advice on buying tickets. My brother is a season ticket holder so maybe would have some kind of concession for getting extra tickets, or would it be best to buy online...or even pay at the gate (don´t suppose it will be sold out)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, would like to take my hat off to the almost 5000 supporters who travelled to yesterdays game, seems like you were virtually the equivalent of an extra player. Well done to all, I am sure that this loyal support will not be in vain and that even brighter times are on the horizon

Thanks Steve. I can imagine that it was brilliant being there yesterday, I´m finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that I almost expect us to win every game now instead of that awful wait for the impending equaliser or winner from the opponents

It's a great feeling Andrew, it's like a draw is a disappointment.
I have not seen us loose since Brentford away, missed Scunthorpe game.
You and your mates should enjoy the game but away is so much more fun.

It´s been a while since I went to an away game, the 6 v 1 win at Walsall in 2004. If (sorry, when) we make Wembley this year I´ll be there and hopefully with the, by then, converted spaniards

How did they find the game?

My spanish friends enjoyed the game very much specially when city scored the winner...they were jumping up and down with the rest of us. They were suprised as I was when Jennings was replaced because the team appeared to lose shape from then on, and they were not very impressed by Leon Clarke who was slow to anticipate and react to everything for the whole game. Apart from a few neat touches his contribution was poor but they also commented that it was strange to begin a home game playing only one up front because although we created a lot in midfield there was no end product.
We all agreed that a couple of pints of Guinness in the casino after the game was the highlight of the day.
Saludos.
