"I think the fans need to lay off Cazza and Shazza, it's still very early doors"

"I can confirm that I am on the club's 3 man shortlist"

"Bakes, Killer, Sheffs, and Woody are all still behind me"

"All we need is a few bangs to kick things back into gear, and those are waiting in the wings"

"How many bangs? Think Chitty Chitty and you're not far off"

"The club can't afford my severance pay so I'm being put up in the Ricoh hotel for the time being"

"Tim tells me it's a dead heat between me and the Shawster, so I'm feeling confident about my chances"

"Just don't tell Grendel"

Indeed. Shaw has ditched the 'let's throw away a lead' mantra and gone for the 'let's just concede' approach. Less effort required in the latter tactic at least.

If I didn't make light of the whole situation I'd just get (more) pissed off-I have to thank SISU for challenging my comedic creativity at least.

You have to spread your love a little, you see I also spend a few quid watching Warwickshire Bears, Cov Blaze, Cov Bees, Cov Rugby so I can usually get a win out of one of my teams...................This week its Cov and Bees but The Bears went down today in a fabulous match and the rest is well known...............

I've supported Hibs for a good few years now, and working down in Brighton (and really quite liking it), I've adopted them as second team behind the City. Going a lot better for both clubs at the minute!

I was quite pleased when he and McPake signed to be honest, they're both good quality for the SPL and it's reaping rewards thus far. Just thinking if we all addressed each other on SBT in nickname form-starting with yourself, NLHWC-sy. Where's Grenny when you need him?

I see Hibs are going strong still, short sighted to let Mcpake and Deegan leave? Certainly Mcpake IMO

I always said that a fully fit McPake would be a great asset for us-so I was pretty chuffed when Hibs got him (for nothing too). As for Deegan-I think Jennings is a more than adequate replacement; but Edge and Malaga (why isn't he getting a look in?) need more time to get settled in it seems.

Ah poor Thorn :/ No love for him from his ickle Thorneypoos lmao :D

Can i just be Richie? I mean that is my nickname afterall and its already got the ie at the end of it ;)

RichieGunnsie just sounds aweful lmao!

Ricky G maybe? I'm not the nickname expert though, perhaps Baker can come up with a better alternative.

Yeh i wandered that too...why is Malaga not getting a look in?

And i remember McPake player a few corkers for us when we first got him and it was only because of Injury that he ended up not featuring for us.

I agree with you both CCFC & BSB Mcpake should never have been sold :/

BSB thats exactly how i look at it!

I wander what Shaw called Thorn behind closed doors...Thorneypoos perhaps?

I reckon it was "Thorn-ski".

Shoulda kept McPake and got him fit, he'd be the leader we are so sorely lacking.

As for Malaga, I think he's taking the blame for the Bury goals, even though they were Wood's fault.

Oh is his wife Danish?

Nah, it's kinda old-schools "street". What twats said back in the day, when they were trying to sound like Clarke and Hussey do now.

"Awright Dave-ski, how's it goin mate?" Like that. Bit like Adamski. That shows it's datedness..

Not exclusively.A tirng Barton in both games was exposing the fullback in both games ,was it Christie and Brown ,almost Identical attacks with a lack of understanding Between Malaga and the full back .Four players combined to cause us to concede Wood being the final one.:(
