Agreed Torchy, just like the idiots who up until a few months ago would have nothing bad said about SISU, highlighting their £30m 'investment' as a sign of their committment to CCFC....we had 'idiots' like HalftimeOrange, Astradyne....oh, and you.....so I think it's a case of people in greenhouses shouldn't be throwing things, eh, old chap?
The fact is that under Thorn we have won 2 in 22 this season....there is NO manager in all 4 divisions with that shit a record in the last 22 games.
He hasn't got a clue what he is doing, his tactics are inept, and we were dire on Saturday....oh, no we weren't, we were 'unlucky'.
Yes, he has little to work with, but AT decided to buy 2 keepers in the Summer, and let Quirke go, and then he bought in Cody MacDonald...who has made no impression at all.
I see little of what they do in training...regardless of what can or cannot bring in, first and foremost he has to get more out what he has got...do you see that he has done that? Do you see any hint of what they do in training? Do you see the lads coming out for the 2nd half fired up?
No, and up until a couple of months ago, Torchy, you were like SISU's bitch having nothing bad said about them...shall I post some comments made on the CET forum in case you have a selective memory????
Same as here...and up until the forum;s demise, he (and the other two mentioned) would vehermently defend SISU. They claimed £20m had been spent, described them as 'saviours' etc....and when some hinted that all was not right with SISU, they were branded 'anti-CCFC/Villa or Leicester fans' etc...
Consquently, I was shocked to read on this site that Torchomatic had suddenly seen the light....
Can't have been any more pro SISU than Godiva on here and GMK? Very patronising and condescending to anyone that dare question how they were running the club..more blind to the alternative view than any anti-sisu fan...got the impression he felt fans that didn't 'get it' were clueless. Very quiet of late and certainly not as outspoken in his support for them apart from thinking Brody's text idea and us clubbing together to buy players were great ideas-He said at the start of the season he had no worries about us staying up and I'd be interested to know if he still feels the same...
my last word on the subject. Read the abuse from the original poster. Like I said, an idiot.
Yes I could be classed as an idiot but hindsight is a wonderful thing, isn't it?
As for respect, i'm surprised you can spell it, so none of the "fellow fan" bullshit.
My advice to fellow board members is: be careful with LBB. Do not cross him as you will regret it. I do.
You are now ignored.
This sounds like Torchomatic, Half time orange, Astradyne and Ivanov on the CET forum.
very possible that they are using these aliases on here....
The 'if you don't agree with me, you are clueless, and not as informed as me' was very much the attitude displayed on the CET forum by the above...particularly when it came to SISU. There was an insistence - quite verbally aggressive at times - that SISU WERE working for the best interets of the fans and club, and that CCFC fans should be THANKFUL for their involvemnet....I think one of them may even have labelled them as '...saviours...'....you can read it all on the CET forum, it's locked but still there.
Disappointing that they got sucked in, I can live with that...but to then verbally assault any CCFC fan who dared question SISU (or clueless managers such as Coleman) was out of order. A few stood up to this, and well...here we are again. Except, the anti-SISU stance seems to have softened, I see (or maybe not as much as I thought judging by the comments in an earlier post...).
You did have a minor fan club though LBB.![]()
To be fair LBB Ivanov was one of the best posters on the CET forum. I miss his posts
Me too. I didn't think it would be long before LBB stirred things up. Not getting at you, LBB, but you did like to stimulate debate with your posts, didn't you?To be fair LBB Ivanov was one of the best posters on the CET forum. I miss his posts
(including the infamous SBT free-ticket-gate scandal which may have contrbuted to their downfall)

Although if you have a link to this from there I'd love to have a look.
In about an hour I'm going to react to the news that Gary Gardner's joined us on loan, I'll be up to speed around 2013 some time.

Nope, you'll be up to speed in about an hour then!
Woah, I've still got the Portsmouth game to contemplate before then. Personally I think we can take 'em.
Was this Cox piece worth a squirt?
