Add to the cunts that cycle towards me and my dog on the pavement. She gets spooked by them, plus there's a 30mph road there.

Cheers! Whole dept essentially ripped up and rejigged but a lot of us have come out better with only really people leaving who were happy to take the handsome payout, so when they said at the time 'look at it as an opportunity' I kind of regret rolling my eyes so much they created their own gravitational pull

I was in the Varsity on my birthday last Feb and there were FIFTY people from IDG on their redundancy day! I was shocked.

Yeah March 1st was the big changeover so it was a big old change around this time last year, quite a few of those people were happy to go and in some cases actually talked their way into their job spec no longer matching so they qualify!

Can't remember the exact eaves pay but I think it was something like 80% of a year's pay with the only caveat that you can't return within two years or it would be void, I reckon we'll see some old faces in 'consultancy' roles next March

It’s our staircase’s fault to be honest. There’s quite a thick trim that runs along the sides about 6 inches up the wall, but it means that virtually no stairgate fits the gap correctly (ones that fit at the top can’t fit at the bottom and vice versa). With our kid now fully mobile it’s a bit of a concern, so just having to keep the door closed for now but when it gets hotter it’ll make it even harder.

Just whack some nails on the bottom step to stop them going up the stairs!

Can't you get the ones with the threaded bar type things on so you can adjust the top and bottom differently?

You've just reminded me that only about 18 months after i'd removed ours and tipped them, I'll have to buy and fit some more

Yes but the trim at the bottom is so thick that it means the bottom and the top have too much variance. It would fit at the bottom without an extender but not the top. It would fit at the top with an extender but not the bottom.

Might just stick 2 bits of wood on the wall to even it out tbh.

People who refuse to follow the A46 diversion signs and instead decide to cut through on locals roads which have been signed residents only & no through route for A46 diversion.

My 30 - 45 minute commute to work now takes over 2 hours

I just can't get my head around it. Basically you have your limits, but if you keep winning your limits increase.

Imagine someone with an issue won £5k on slots... all back in within a few hours.

Packaging though eh?
I opened a new gas canister level gauge yesterday. The instructions for use on the back were completely obscured by a shipping label. Would it come off? Well, yes, but only after relentlessly picking at it for about 20 minutes.
Cnuts.

I don't have a Linked-in account and still get emails from them.

When I asked them to stop sending me emails they told me I need to enter my Linked-in password.

How can I can I enter a password for an account I don't have?

Try asking for a new password from the email you used for it, if it responds login, make sure the settings have stopped all communication, change your email to a burner email account and delete the fucker.

Funnily enough, I can't stand baths. I get bored, showers all day.

Do love a good scented candle on though. Hides the smell of jizz and pot noodles. It's the mature version of spraying Lynx Africa / Joop on your pillows I think.

Bored? What's so interesting about showers?
Bath all day long - scented candles, radio and perhaps a stiff G & T to help ease the aches of another hard day's toil. Bliss.
