Actually it's probably a low-level symptom of a wider pattern of controlling and coercive behaviour. What else does one partner insist they share? Do they exert control over the over partner's money and spending of household income, I wonder?

At the very least there is probably a lack of trust somewhere.

Insidious!

Most days yeah. Same as people in the outside lane on the motorway doing 60.

Much more dangerous to be doing that than me safely undertaking.

Love it when the knobs driving with their face touching the windscreen at a snail's pace holding everybody up are also totally oblivious to their surroundings. Then start waving their hands about if somebody undertakes them.

Im not defending undertaking, but if you’re in the outside lane and not overtaking anyone you’re in the wrong and causing the problem.

More commonly in the middle lane. Might not be a car on the inside lane for the best part of a mile, but these cockwombles still won’t follow motorway etiquette.

Hang on, who said anything about not overtaking and going slowly, I'm speaking on behalf of my experience. But never mind stick to the rules of the road and we'll be fine ehh

Hmm ... etiquette?
The police will do you for careless driving or driving without due care and attention if you fail to follow the Highway Code "You should always drive in the left-hand lane when the road ahead is clear".
Bit more of a rule than etiquette. The problem is that people think it IS etiquette!

It's not 100% hard and fast, but if there's space and time to undertake, chances are you're in the wrong lane.

(And no, that doesn't make undertaking right)

I’ll be honest, I couldn’t remember whether it was in the Highway Code or not so I hedged my bets!

If you are in the outside lane and the inside lane is completely clear for me to safely undertake along with the other 10-15 cars behind then there's your answer.

Obviously, it's different when getting to roundabouts and junctions etc when you need to be in lane.

I do around 25000 miles a year up and down the M1 mainly. I always use the inside lane unless I need to overtake (as i'm supposed to). People always to sit convoy style in the 2nd or 3rd lane of 4. I think its more dangerous to move out across 3 lanes and back in again to go past them when they clearly have no intention of pulling in so will happily cruise by in the inside lane.

Sometimes necessary to undertake while I’m on the road, the shocking thing is my wagon can only do 52mph! Tunnel vision wankers can only look as far as their bonnet, as Nick said face to the windscreen, gripping onto the wheel like a mentalist and blaming everyone else.

My significant other always comments on the portions of the bloke in front of me at a carvery.

"He's got more meat than you" they always say (always!).
Last night the bloke in front was a vegetarian.
Partners eh!

People on social media who are physically with each other but still talk via it.

I saw a couple of city fans on Twitter the other day, sat in the pub with each other but talking over Twitter.

What's that all about?

LEDs

Seem to be in everything nowadays. A little light to tell you you’ve plugged something in. Yeah I know I’ve plugged it in thanks.

Phone chargers, extension cables, kindles - all polluting rooms with light that seems to be as bright a collapsed sun when you want to have a nap or go to sleep.

Ban em. Now.

Did the trip to cov yesterday and had loads of them cuntts on m27. Flashing their lights and fist waiving when I either undertook or cut back in from outside lane.

Oblivious, arrogant cuntts.

I wish they'd actually do these people. Can't be happening otherwise there wouldn't be so many arrogant wankers in the middle lanes.

You can tell an awful lot about drivers if they call it ‘slow/fast’ lane.
