Some times I think managers do that to look busy or like they’re in command by barking out orders etc when really a well oiled team doesn’t and shouldn’t need much instruction during game time. I much prefer a manager who stands and thinks without the erratic movements. I’m not talking about being passionate in moments, just generally throughout the game.
