So, 60 season ticket holders went last night, this shows the state of our situation.
I hope the sixty sheep enjoyed their evening with tea and biscuits afterward... You make me want to puke
Sandra garlick is out to just promote herself and doesn't represent me, all In all the whole sorry saga is turning into a farce

The football league have no authority over a private business of which CCFC is, the only thing they can do is kick us out of the league. Do you want this to happen?

At least if there was a realistic threat of this happening, SISU might think twice with their actions.

Are you saying that the only sanction that the league can use against any of its members is to expel them?

If so, I think that you are wrong.

I think that the league has a number of things that it can do. Whether it has the courage to use them against a member that is perceived to be litigious is another question altogether.

And calling someone a knob doesn't piss people off ? I think you'll find the biggest cause of a rift is Sisu/Otium, would there be things like Sixfields Sixty, Hilliers, Mongs, Scabs, Sheep etc if we were back at the Ricoh. Sisu/Otium have the power to heal this rift but choose not to because a united fanbase is a lot harder to deal with if they are all against you.

I think even the so called "superfans" must think this is a pie in the sky. 400 ST holders (I belive its around that amount?), but only 60 went to this meeting?

If I was Garlick I'd be pretty disappointed by this turn out.

This is a quote from The Football League (from the Trust website) 'As you know, The Football League have made it a condition of continued membership for Coventry City that the Club must return to Coventry'

My question then is what can the football league do if say in 5 years and CCFC still haven't returned to Coventry?

If the dock CCFC points or kick them out the league can you imagine what Sisu/Otium would do. I cam imagine that they would be taken to court and then they would back down like they did with the golden share shambles.

They should at least push Sisu on their plans particularly in light of there are no authorities being talker to.
If it forces liquidation or whatever then sooner than later.

It seems that we agree that it is not a question of what they have the power to do, but a question of what they have the will to do.

Exactly. It is the same as these newsletters "We hate the club for dividing the fans". "Dont go to the games, go to watch a band at this pub" etc etc.

Yes, SISU aren't blameless in anything but it is the fans who are dividing themselves.

It's also why mk dons happened and why the rules were changed. However it would be a brave football league to say no to a change of location at the expense of losing a football club

Doesn't the league have the right to insist Sisu return the club to the Ricoh if it's clear there is no intention to build a new stadium, and now the financial argument for moving has collapsed?

Rubbish before this sorry saga the fans were united in one thing that is CCFC,yes they had different pinions on managers ,players referees etc. What we have now is still a love for CCFC however the fanbase is being divided by one entity and that is Sisu as I've said before a united fanbase is their worst nightmare. While this goes on the fans wil stay divided however look at the division 90% not attending Sixfields 10% attending(the majority under duress) now look at it again is there division?
We have divided ourselves into NOPM,KCIC etc but they are basically the same thing they are all derivatives of the original Save Our City by the way where has that gone:thinking about:Knock all these other things on the head and bring it back one message one slogan because believe me Save Our City now actually means something.
