Roberto Martinez and Nigel Adkins have both been sacked, starting off the summer silly season. will Mogga be tempted away by a bigger club or will he and MV stay to complete the mission?

Would they be tempted by TM & MV ?
I am surprised at Adkins but Martinez was nailed on to be fired, 100 million war-chest
for the new Everton boss apparently, that's sure to attract some big names.

I'm not that certain TM will stay, not sure about Chris Anderson and his take on things. Pretty well head honcho now and came aboard half way through season, let's wait and see.

TM seems to have a long term plan and be cracking on with getting things ready for next season so unless an offer he can't refuse comes in I expect him to stay.

TM will stay and complete his job here first. I also suspect he knows he got back into management and will not presume he has any right to a better job for now and be glad he's got one.
Don't think he would be tempted by any of the other clubs and is not yet back in the running for top jobs like Everton.

Think he has a very good chance of improving his CV by staying put and getting us up after 2 seasons from where he picked us up from.

Doubt he would move on at this point. Does he need the money? Does he need the hassle? I'd punt that he is honorable and would see the 2 year plan through...like you said, its a roundabout, and there will be other opportunities in 12 months time once he's (hopefully) put a "Job Done" sticker on our promotion.

Flores leaves Watford, Premier League survival at a canter and an FA Cup semi final, "not been considered good enough by the club's hierarchy"

Crazy times, although eople said this abour Southampton when they got rid of Adkins and brought in Pochettino, worked for them.

Yeah and Saints picked well with Koemen as well , got a feeling Everton might go for Koemen .
