Even Les Reid can't get any confirmation of actual progress on this front from SISU. They have no land.. until they buy land and apply for planning permission to build a stadium this statement means diddly squat.

The plan was presented as an alternative to Sisu/Otium playing Coventry City’s ‘home’ matches at Northampton for three to five years, while building a new stadium in Warwickshire.

So apparently we wouldn't get any revenues and match day costs we should be paying as we are using things police and power etc.

It sounds from the cet article that it was an idea floated also so would they have discussed terms

It would save them £10-£12M. lost revenues that are getting loaded into our club which could pay for half of the New Stadium ,So £37M. loaded=£12.5M. loaded
