What do you think will happen to our football club then within the next 6 months?
I think 2011 will be remembered as the most dramatic year in our history.
We could have a takeover, securing the clubs future and ownership of the stadium.
Theres a chance of Administration.
Sisu could decide that we will break even by next season, regardless of what needs to be done to achieve this.
Also we could be relegated.
I would like to think we will be taken over, but I suspect that Sisu will want to much money back from what they've put in.
I suspect the most likely option will see the wage bill dramatically reduced over the summer in an attempt to get us to a break even point. I think the signs that we are heading in this direction are clear to see in the new board members, who are all Sisu people that dont particularly care about football. I think this will also see a war of words between the Council/ACL and CCFC as Sisu try to get the stadium on the cheap and blaming the Council.
I dont think we will go down with the 7 point gap that we have, 6 more points should see us safe. Next year I can see us being rooted to the bottom, if that is the case I would rather us go down this year.
Either way I dont feel any motivation to renew my season ticket, but the depressing thing is I know I probably will end up renewing. But its going to kill me knowing I'm giving money to this bunch of incompetent bafoons!
