I knew he said dont believe everything you see in the papers or on the BBC but I also thought he said that 2 of the 3 were wrong, indicating 1 was on the last four list? - Yesterday the CT ran a story that I thought reading between the lines gave us Pressley and Black as the final two?

Whoever it is wont be 100% welcomed but needs to 100% supported!

When we appointed Mark Robins no one consider him in the frame as such and CT stated that we were set to appoint Ince, Wise or Brown and it didn't happen, if we are going throught the same procedure to find the same type of manager and then I am happy that the club are not rushing this decision, as with Robins he was always backed by the SBA!!

I think the new manager will be 100% welcomed. Unless it's Phil Brown.

I can see the final two being Pressley & Black. I wouldn't mind either personally and Pressley seems to have done well in management so far. If he does come in then I hope all sections of the support giving him their backing even though his name isn't Eric Black.

It seems that when someone replaces a 'fans's favourite' they are immediately given a harder time by supporters...Clarke replacing Mcgoldrick, and Murphey replacing Westwood for example.

I know it doesn't mean a lot but Pressley is now the clear favourite for the job with the bookies.

Who ever comes in will get my support 100%, but if its someone like Curle or Dickov, i wont expect anything special. Its possible to back your boss but not to expect success. Im hoping for Pressley but i can see us appointing Dickov

I personally don't read a lot into these percentages you have to look at the whole circumstances otherwise you are suggesting the likes if Roberto Martinez are bad managers.

Or Graeme Souness was a good manager because if his win percentage at Crltic.

Not sure about that. You can't pick everyone's first choice but really they'd have to have already offended us to not be welcomed in surely? If it's Pressley I won't hold that season down here against him.

Wouldn't they have just kept Carsley on already in that case? They could just say it's an awkward time to appoint a new manager, give him to the summer etc.

Sisu want Carsley........it's obvious.

He's said at least twice that he's not a candidate.

Waggot's said they were interviewing this week, and to do that they'd have to ask permission from Falkirk. It doesn't necessarily mean Pressley is about to be appointed.

We don't know who the second candidate is.

Sisu chose Thorn:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

So no fans wanted him!?

He was a legitimate contender and the best man for the job at the time, especially amongst the fans. It was rumoured other teams (didn't say who) wanted him as well...
