Well deserved it was too. He called it perfectly tactics-wise, not least the subbing of Deegan after he'd done his job of kicking and winding up half the Boro team, chose the right man to come on in Bell, got fresh legs on for Platt when he was shagged, and the 4-2-1-3 formation second have was perfect for the players available. Thorn had more and better tools at his disposal - one good un out but two good 'un's in! Would have been interesting to see Nimley play with Juke but eh oh! 'Boro really needed him today - the three missed chances in the first ten minutes were tailor made for Juke! Never mind eh! Can I hear "The Great Escape".....PUSB!
