Surely there is no one left who is gullible enough to buy a season ticket based on these 'promises'. If you're a loyal supporter who wants to buy one, fair enough, but for goodness sake don't do it because your expecting an exciting team full of new signings.

Ridiculous statement....

The guy loves the club and is desperate to do well here. He is clinging onto what little hope he can, as it would be unprofessional to lash out.

Get real, mate...he needs a job and he'll say anything to stay in a job.

I can live with that....but don't give me the 'he loves the club bulldust.'.

The only people who love the club are the fans...all others see it as a job.

Sorry to piss on your cornflakes, KD....

He loves the club that much that he refuses any help from ex-players/managers, free of charge, to help out.

That's love for you.....:jerkit:

There is a serious point here. Thorn is effectively a sisu loyalist and will do and say whatever they tell him. I'm sure the "fallout" was staged. No experienced manager confident in his ability would tolerate this. Thorn has to go. Sisu then will have their hand forced. They will have to change their stance to recruit a real manager or the game will truly be up. While supporters believe the guff thorn spouts sisu have a chance of retaining the club. Thorn is a massive asset to sisu.

Unless Thorn has seen some genuine proof he has funds, after his outburst the other week, I'm surprised he has said this!

I mean we all know of we went to our bosses saying 'I need more money' they don't find it that bloody quickly!

How could SISU / the board find proof of funds within a week or two of Thorn speaking out, yet try can't provide proof I'm order to get the embargo lifted?

I'm convinced Thorn is a yes man!

If you think he loves the club your blind, its just a wage for him get real. Just like the rest of them. They can all fuck off as far as i am concerned i dont trust a word that comes from anyone at the club anymore. Its the club that has made me have this skeptical viewpoint and i dont like it.

I want to be able to trust them, support them and give them 100% backing but it doesnt feel like my club anymore.

No need. Give him a couple of quid and he'll spout any rubbish they want him to say.
