I have no idea of the safety of smoke bombs versus flares or anything else, but I was less bothered by those than some of the other stuff going on. The sky blue smoke does look good and if I'm honest I did find it funny when the stewards came for it an they were passing it around to eachother. Not condoning before I'm accused of it as I'm sure in the wrong hands they could be a problem, but that incident amused my tiny mind.

If it is one person in a certain area holding it up so the smoke goes off it's different to somebody from the back lobbing it towards the front where it could hit somebody in the head.

Agree there, there was dodgier stuff going on!

No Smedley, that’s for people from Kenilworth. Lacoste, Boss, Paul Smith, CP Company, Aquascutum, Moncler, Adidas and the brand with the compass, are easily the best stuff going

The lady (70+) in the wheel chair always leaves 10 minutes before the end and goes straight to the taxi rank.
Those pushing in went into the road at the taxi rank to grab the taxi's as the lady kept saying i'm first.
Okay it happens. But when challenged by the carer the older guy got in his face and that of others who pointed out she was disabled.
I was waiting for my Uber so watched it all over several minutes.

That’s sad then, apologises

that looks more like a love bite she's picked up after a day out with the SBA - more of a smoke screen than a smoke bomb for her hubby back home

We’re all disappointed about some of the scenes at away games these days but SISU do have to take responsibility for dividing the fan base and creating a venomous atmosphere.

Again, Saturday was nothing to do with them. People maybe need to take a bit of responsibility for their own actions rather than hiding behind that.

I do wear it occasionally at the football but mainly only the polos. I'm certainly not looking for any agro or trying to make myself look hard, it's just what I choose to wear.

You said "I don’t expect people to be angels at footie"...I doubt any of do, but in the context of the behaviour of some at the game - a metaphorical shrug of the shoulders is pretty much condoning bad behaviour

That’s not what I said though was it. I didn’t see any of the stuff people spoke about so I wasn’t commenting on it. I said we had loads of youngish lads around us, language was colourful but they apologised to my girlfriend now and then. It wasn’t constant, but I expect that at football. Obviously some of the things been said to have been done Is disgusting. But I wasn’t talking about that

I Tried to behave but did apologise to the lady and to kids in front when the guy should have seen Red, that was about the point I emptied the tank .

It’s very different, especially if it’s at the end of a match, rather than in the middle of one. Also I think that it’s very different invading your own ground rather than invading somoene else.

That being said I’d never do either, but then again I’d rather not get a banning order.

So, if it’s at the end of a match and at your home ground - okay

If you’re away or before the final whistle - banning order

All these unwritten rules of football do confuse me, must be my age.

That does seem to be the case, even thought in reality no one should go on the pitch at any time.

No one ever seems to get done for end of season celebrations.

There was this one piss faced city fan with his family, chanting "you should be ashamed, mk dons you should be ashamed"...to a queue of city fans waiting to get in. He then awkwardly realised after his daughter told him "they're cov fans dad" and he joined quietly at the end of the queue.

It's not particularly complicated, all in the Football (Offences) Act 1991.
Throwing of missiles.
It is an offence for a person at a designated football match to throw anything at or towards—

(a)the playing area, or any area adjacent to the playing area to which spectators are not generally admitted, or

(b)any area in which spectators or other persons are or may be present,

without lawful authority or lawful excuse (which shall be for him to prove).

Going onto the playing area.

Basically you can't go on the pitch and you can't throw things on the pitch or in the stands. Of course common sense prevails and if you've just won promotion, the title or got to a cup final and thousands of people are on the pitch they don't ban everyone.

I rest my case...maybe you need to raise your expectations of what a match day experience should be
