We can all sit and be keyboard warriors about who is to blame CCC or SISU, but the football league are a big culprit in all of this. If it wasn't for their poor management of the situation then there would not be anything to debate about with regards to CCC or SISU!

In light of recent documents we need to put pressure on the FA to look in to this, of course feel free to put pressure on the football league as well but this has done nothing in the past. It is quite clear that the Football League in fact have no powers or relevance in existing.

Does anybody on here know much about these early day motions? Is there anything we can do as mere peasants to try and push these forward and get more backing for them?

You can start petitions on the parliamentary web site. If they become really popular MPs champion the cause.

I have mentioned this before as it has been brought up by MPs in the past. National Sporting bodies should be covered by the Freedom of Information Act. This would stop the Football League being able to just fob fans off.

For instance I have asked them three times in letters do they just record company names or do they also keep records of the company number as registered at Companies House.

I haven never got a reply. I think the answer is no, which is why they can't unravel some of the detail around registration of players. It's also why SISU have been banging on about the past and where full stops and brackets appear in company letter heads. The company number would resolve that issue which is why I suspect the Football League haven't got the records. Shoddy Admin and probably potentially a nightmare for prospective purchasers of any club!

Another thing with the Football League; I can understand clubs being sub divided into various company's as it is modern business practice. But why don't their rules state the players registration must lie with the company that holds the golden share?

I thought that was supposed to be the case anyway? They just haven't followed their own rules with Cov at all

Which is why Otium as preferred bidder helped them out of a hole as it brought things back together. SISU had already threatened legal action over the golden share. I suspect "they have shown us evidence of funds" wasn't just around building of stadiums and there was a few brown pants at the Football League that day!

They do! The notion of beneficial ownership is forwarded by sisu. The FL rules clearly forbid this (this was why West Ham should have been deducted points because of tevez having such registration). The whole scandal is that this is a rule - the FL have chosen to ignore their own rules! This was why they were so desperate for the company to be swept up into onto entity - otium.

Of course it might not happen, but the bidders have a very strong case for re-running the entire admin process - Appleton has not diligently carried out the admin process correctly - if he had he would have known of the registrations!

Will be fascinating if anyone of the current players is contracted under Ltd. Suspect this was why baker and the rest were given new contracts when they were. Sisu planned the liquidation and transferred any suspect contracts out of ltd. It all stinks
