I couldn’t give a shit mate. I’ve got enough skills to work wherever I want if this country goes tits up.

Just find the endless idiocy pretty hilarious. That lot must piss themselves that they’ve managed to convince so many people they’re “man of the people” or whatever. You couldn’t make it up, bunch of posh boy traders convince a load of white van men they’re on their side.

They’re treating their followers like the proverbial plebs they see them as and in plain sight. And yet the “plebs” can’t see it. Turkeys for Xmas.

His only ‘real’ manifesto is his own personal gain. He is however a shrewd operator and knew there was a gaping hole to exploit once it was evident we were not exiting on 29th March.

Democracy is to leave, but it doesn’t have to be the way he wants it. He will always have some supporters that will want the Hard Brexit line, or buy into his immigration bollocks.

There has been a massive underestimation of those people who want to leave because it’s been so shit for the last 10/20 years.

There’s no consensus anywhere for a hard brexit. Will of the people is bollocks talk.

I see Change U.K. has just publicly challenged Ferage by way of a party political broadcast to a public debate on brexit.

Agreed... but I think a form is Brexit is a will of the people, albeit everyone is pretty divided.

For me - I think the Remain camp have to push for a Brexit that creates the least damage, and that includes looking at all the demographic, financial and social issues that caused Leave to win in the first place.

Change must realise they need a boost. If its Soubry Vs Farage like on QT, don't fancy their chances - particularly if she doesn't get her facts right.

Shame no one pointed that out to May when she called an early election under the misguided notion that she could increase her majority on the strength of opinion polls.

I'm sure they would have...but out too much faith in opinion polls perhaps?

Labour do not have the majority in the house. Nothing has the majority of the house, except for not wanting a no-deal Brexit. These negotiations can keep happening as much as they like, but the reality is that unless the Tories concede ground there is no deal, because May's deal won't get through.

So what's the one thing you can control - what you will do if you were in government.

The Brexit party will win these EU elections - let them have their seats in a European Council that they supposedly don't want to even be part of. They also don't have a single other policy, and at some point that will bite them in the arse.

So they make their own destiny!
Leave the EU is the destiny the majority have decided they want...Parliament's job is to deliver that...whatever form it may take imo

If the brexit Party are ever elected to government their one and only policy is hard brexit. What’s stopping them doing it once they’ve been elected and we’ve had their hard brexit other than economic sanity? Will VAT below 4% be in their manifesto? Yes or No?

But if they are elected - obviously they will hace the mandate to bring it about...if that is a problem for you maybe you should go join Mart in Germany?

Democracy? Flawed referendum, convictions, foreign influence, data misuse, targeted lies... where was your defence of democracy then?

Second referendum on any deal v remain and no deal? Not democratic?

Shouting rule Britannia is referring to bygone times. We no longer rule the waves. We need the support of our regional bloc to get influence in the modern world. Sorry to have ruined your wet dream.

Which is considerably less than the percentage that voted brexit in the first place which confirms what I’ve said.. Maths obviously not your strong point.

Well remain in the EU is about as popular as a no-deal Brexit. The solution is a compromise in the middle which appears to be some kind of Brexit.

Well, that’s one hell of a way to spin it, I suppose. Most countries have these sort of conditions and the UK has had the freedom too as well but has chosen not to. Most people are ignorant about it though and have no idea that the UK has always had these powers.

Yes and no. Yes to be sure. But the UK is so easy. That is why it is the destination to aim for. Nobody wants to be the place for scroungers to aim for. But we allow much more than others.

If you can't afford to move somewhere you shouldn't go. But most do come here to work. I'm not moving to work. I'm moving for the lifestyle. I'm buying the house of our dreams for less than the price of a 2 up 2 down. And going where crime doesn't happen. I can't remember the last time we locked our house up. So had to go somewhere similar.

It’s more to do with there being more employment opportunities to be fair than it being easy. The lifestyle over here is on another level, dreadful weather at the moment though but should be up to 30 on a daily basis within a couple of weeks
