Did I imagine it that we had a priority window for season ticket holders this morning from 10am and general sale on Friday? Convinced I'd read that and now can only see general sale listed.

I was in two minds anyway as I don't know if we'll be home or away that weekend, but was probably going to get some anyway. Does anyone have a link if I've not made it up please?

Lot of added cost though. Tickets £45 ea which is fair, so £135 for the three of us, but total cost £160.80. There's a £1.50 transaction fee which is normal, but the booking fee per ticket of £8.10 ea I think is way ott.

Par for the course these days. Fees are out of control. Miss the days of wandering down to Poster Place on a Saturday morning to get your tickets.

Now for anything in demand its an all day task and you need a team of people assisting you (the ticketmaster CEO actually recommended this as a way of getting tickets, have multiple people trying for you).

Taking all the joy out of it. As someone who has spent the last 40 years going to a huge number of gigs I'm reaching the point where between the massive increases in ticket prices, the number of artists only playing London and the hoops you have to jump through to get tickets I'm no longer bothering with some shows I would have previously attended.

Judging by the number of tours being cancelled for low ticket sales in recent weeks seems like I'm not the only one.

It does still show the status of the band as its very cheap compared to most bands at large venues

Agree they'd not sell out this size venue anywhere other than on the back of the City's success and tbh I've seen them before, but more for my daughter really.
