With a bullet.
Without referring to Google (or similar) why was the song called "18 With A Bullet"? What does it mean? (No prizes though!)

Fastest riser on the American charts?
Pretty much Wingy. When the American Billboard charts came out each week, if a song had a "bullet" symbol alongside the chart position, it meant it was that week's fastest climber, hence the phrase, "18 with a bullet"! (Full of crap info like that!)

Ah the Grand old Gare de Nord.
Me and my brother walked from there to the far south side of Paris where we thumbed a lift into Italy way back in 1975!
