Easiest 110 I've ever spent

Went to the shop when it opened, pandemonium when the purple shirt was there

Yeah first time ever I think, that I’ve waited outside for Cov shop to open. Did end up buying both. The home one is the first shirt I ever had with Dublin on the back. My dad has it on tape somewhere of Phil Neal carrying me in it. Guessing at a JSB thing (don’t know if it existed then.)

We know it’s a good release when you aren’t moaning about it!

not sure which to get. Was tempted to get this years away shirt with Sakamoto on the back.

although really like both of these…

Controversial but I actually prefer Hummel’s version of the purple shirt.

I’ve got the home one but regretting not ordering the away one as well to be honest.

I've had to go a size up for the recent Hummel kits, does anybody know if these fit true to size?

I do like them but just don't know when I'd wear them. Only wear current shirts for the gym or playing football.

Pretty expensive. Will just wait for the cost of this season’s kits to drop

You know things are going well when saddle goes to the shop and doesn't have a list of complaints

Based on the size guide you might need to size up.

Look typical 90’s baggy to me. I usually go size M for shirts these days but have gone for small. Sleeves in particular are massive.

Just bought the home one, absolutely love this kit, was only 1 in 1987 so feel a bit of a plum wearing that kit to games.

disclaimer - I only tend to wear a shirt to Wembley, the rest of my kit collection got turned into a patchwork quilt

Shirts absolutely flying out, busiest I've ever seen the shop, absolutely packed with decent clobber, sales today must be huge.

I've heard that the other retro shirts they've already released aren't being restocked after being sold out, anyone know if that's true?

Both sold out in medium now. Surely they’ll get restocked? Only just managed to try and buy them and they’re both gone!!

Can't imagine we'd have something flying off the shelves and the club refusing to get more stock in. Especially with something not marketed as a limited edition

My son wore my original of this to the play off final this year. Very proud Dad - still gutted obviously

Large sold out of the home kit on the online store. Medium still available but you go all thr way to pay and it says sold out.

Brilliant

I seen a few of these dotted around and was on the lookout for some. The club has played a blinder tapping into the demand for retro jersies.

Now, some more iconic kits from the Prem days would see the club take more of my money.

2 more to come in the retro range according to the store manager yesterday

Find that disappointing tbh, you'd want at least 9 or 10 to call it a 'range' no?

Following on from the above it doesnt aeem like Le Coq Sportif are playing ball with the late 90s shirts either which is a massive shame

Any idea which two they might be?

Difficult to imagine a retro range without the brown shirt. Surely a version of the black/green top?

I was hoping for my first shirt, the 96/97 home shirt.

Hopefully, the club sees the demand for these and increases the range, I can't see Uncle Doug not wanting to tap more into this market - they must have made a killing vs sales of the tat they have in store.
