Agreed. I think the playoffs are going to be difficult to make at the rate we are going. A top 10 finish would be an improvement over last season. Like you I hope Newcastle stay up and perhaps Norwich, Watford and Burnley wouldn’t be as bad to face next season. Don’t want Sunderland to come up. Wouldn’t mind playing Wycombe again next season. No real preferences otherwise.It's the division we are now in. We haven't played teams at the level of WBA, Millwall (although they were bang average) and QPR in consecutive games for a good few years, (and of these 3 defeats we really didn't ;deserve; to lose 2 of them). Hopefully we pick up again, if we land in the middle of the table, I am already looking forward to how we develop the squad next season. Hoping Newcastle stay up, so it doesn't make one team too ridiculous for the league.
