The court injunction case seems a bit of a farce really. A documentary was going to be aired similar to the one with Russell Brand and the gagging order prevented this. Though it has been lifted he has the right to appeal but due to failing health his legal team are using that as a reason he is incapable of yet lodging this. So in other words the programme will only be released on his death. I can make a very good guess who this is and it does seem outrageous given their are underage allegations

To be fair the main stream papers reported that said person was in rehab with Bipolar disorder and at risk of suicide and didn't want any exposure to effect his son. I googled it and AI came up with one person who also had show's aired on the Beeb. I would'nt wish to push anyone over the edge
