And then three months of boredom except for the disappointment of losing in the World Cup ..it’s going to be a long summer

Lost all interest in the World Cup now. Can't actually wait until next season starts.

Fingers crossed for a good opening home fixture.

Have absolutely no interest in the world cup and away for the first two weekends of next season. Really long break from football on its way!

Footballing hilight of my summer will be June 19th.

Whilst I have loved very part of this season, and want to enjoy every last second until its over, I'm then looking forward to three months of mounting excitement to the new season after this one ends.

My son was two months old when we got relegated so I cant wait to go to a Premier league game with him for the first time.

I've no interest in international football either. Boring.

Christ, there's more to life than football; I'm looking forward to the break.

Then, around the start of August, I'll start getting excited / stressed / terrified about it again.

Yes see. I like any football. Despite the background of the World Cup, I will watch as many matches as I can. I like watching world class players in tournaments.

My lad will be playing until the end of May. WC starts mid June - Mid July. CCFC preseason will have begun and PL starts in a couple of weeks after. It's wall to wall football for me and I'm going to love it.

Same, looking forward to watching the play offs without any vested interest (apart from hoping a parachute payment team doesn't win it)
I want Millwall to finish 2nd and Middlesbrough or Hull to win the play offs, if Southampton or Ipswich or both get promoted it will not reflect how well the non parachute teams have done this season. It's not the fault of non parachute teams that the parachute teams with the best squads couldn't get their acts together at the start of the season.

I'm exactly the same. Want Millwall and Middlesbrough to come up with us.
Think it will be Ipswich and Southampton though 😬

I'm usually buzzing for the world cup, but I'm just not interested. Football-wise i'm counting down to the fixture release day. I'm very much Club before country, so If you'd said to me at the start of the season, Coventry would piss the league, but England would get dicked in the group stage i'd snap your hand off.

I guess this is the Karma trade off happening...

We need as many other prem teams with tired players as possible so I hope England go all the way

After doing nearly every game home and away again, I'm feeling a bit of fatigue even with the great season we've had. I think a break will be good, but it won't be that long. Fixtures out June 19th and into pre-season and being linked with players before you know it in July.

The World Cup we can be looking at the unfavoured nations and speculating over who we might sign.

It’s a packed summer actually:

May- Season ticket meltdown
June- we haven’t bought anyone yet
July - new kit hate
August - Lose Friendlies

missed:
The annual design a shirt on your computer competition
Why isn’t next season‘s shirt available yet?
Bassette still might come good.
Corporate packages are a rip off.
We need a bigger stadium.
King has got it wrong.
People pretending they are in they know.
Rumour after Rumour about big names.
Lots of graphs to analyse that illustrate why we should or shouldn’t
buy certain players.
We’ve bought someone but they are shit.
More graphs
Doug needs to get his wallet out.
Weekly rumour about Frank Lampard leaving
We sign players no one has heard of.
New songs competition.
A debate on the clubs finances using a pen, a fag packet, fingers and toes and a box of matches.
Mike Ashley still wants to buy the club.
SISU still own us rumour.
