Perhaps they could use the land by Bretford...........after all, the Government were going to build a fecking airport there, so lots of land available.

The airport (a bit like the new stadium) was a red herring. This became blatantly clear to the local campaign group when a government report said that the area (which floods every year without fail due to the river Avon running straight through the middle of the proposed area) was of no flood risk. I think the campaign stopped almost on the spot and the government at the time switched their attentions elsewhere.

sorry it was a tongue in cheek comment..................hard to get that across in type. So the new stadium is still at the end of the Yellow Brick Road, just at the junction with Never Never land ?

Yes and even closer to Bedworth town centre we all know where it is it is the only plot big enough within the area that Sisu have mentioned funny thou.

Some on here say the Ricoh is a soulless concrete shit hole in Holbrooks funny how our new one will be less then a mile away concrete and even more soulless oh and a motorway running above it..:thinking about:

Where abouts is it? Is this the one on Blackhorse road?

What about the land behind the old Peugeot site at Ryton opposite the training ground and I don't mean the bit that has been developed already , the old Peugeot test track area down to the Leamington road?
