You’re literally ignoring that London Wasps said they moved past it then?

Still don’t see where this all stands should barmy Boris get his way by October 31st. I know some will be saying the complaint was in before any Brexit but if we are out the EU should this sisu complaint be upheld what court can they go to with any clout.

If we go out with a no deal we have no chance

Wasps said it was not an inhibitor to negotiations anyway so it’s kind of irrelevant isn’t it?

1. Because they can.
2. It buys them time with FL around not building a stadium.
3. It gives them time for Wasps financial situation to worsen.

Point 1 I've answered Point 2 if that is the case that means 10 years at least before we return anywhere in Coventry . Point 3 As I have said already we will be losing over 1million pounds a year don't think Wasps will be losing that on account of not getting our revenue.

Plenty of time therefore for Sisu to build their stadium.

Maybe they’ll build it and you’ll just ignore it’s there.

They did come back and talk but I think that was the deciding factor

You should worry if I'm still around I'll be just short of the big 8O

Are you suggesting British courts are not fair?

Fairness never comes in to it. Or even morals. Not always guilt.

The tone of the article is better than many that we've seen but some of it seems to be at best guesswork at worst scaremongering.

Pleased with the quote from the trust. It's a step in the right direction, but ultimately their actions over the coming weeks and months will speak louder. Direct action against Wasps is a must.

Definitely an improvement, although somewhat negated by also saying he's boycotting. As has been said many times since the trust AGM we will have to wait and see what action there is from them.

I like your "Maybe". I won't ignore it have not ignored City in 63 years may not have gone to Northampton and will not be going to S A but as soon as they are back in Coventry I'll be there if I'm still around.

So as far as your concerned why bother going to any court?

So you think we'll lose up to a million pound revenues moving to St.Andrews. Fair assumption, but we dont know what/if we have a good deal on parking and F&B or not.
But what makes you believe w**ps wont lose as much with us not being g there?? I personally think they're set to lose more than a million. And that's before companies like the Hilton and G Casino start to re negotiate their rental prices in relation to having considerable less footfall

I never said it was a good or sensible option.

Wasps will be losing more than 1 million a season with or without us.

I didn't say" up to" I said over and that is every year we are away from Coventry As for F&B and car parking never understood why this comes up ever time City fans are not great spenders like most football fans they have had their drinks and food before getting there as for parking is there that much controlled by B C F C even if they give us a cut . Your 2nd point maybe Wasps could wait till the end of their contract if there are no clauses saying otherwise they might even get other clients in. Before you say who I don't know but there again didn't see them coming in 2014.

Maybe? Moving to Coventry hasnt turned their loss making around. They have failed to meet bond payments. Their accountants refused to accept their accounts and resigned. FCA started an investigation 4/19 about Wasps misleading investors by exagerating their accounts. They are totally reliant on their owners pockets despite a large turnover. They are far from being financially safe and the bond scheme is a millstone around their neck; on which time is ticking by.

I cannot see them being that successful on the pitch over the next couple of years either.
