I’m not following, they announced it as a normal transfer as they do for every first team or development signing. If you read more into it then that’s your problem

The fact that we are discussing him, and he's got himself on the bench, must show that he's developing and progressing very nicely already.
I see him as end of next season at the earliest. Could be one to loan out. Players often get on bench without any real intention of playing. Just get familiar with matchday experience, watch listen and learn.
