Garry Newbon was the worst. Simply hated us.Reminds me of the geographical bias on Midlands Today, during the 90’s. I’m not sure why they disliked Coventry so much, and in all honesty here, there were several reports of incidents occurring ‘just outside Birmingham’ when in fact they actually occurred within Coventry.
Even the sports coverage was so, so biased towards the Villa. And Nick Owen with his grinning sarcasm towards us was infuriating.
