It was a miss but watching it again the rebound off the keeper was very quick and the ball slightly behind Wright,yes he should have done better but it wasn’t the quite the open goal people are saying it was.

And finally, someone sees it for what it was. He’d have to be quick out of the block to see do better than it just pinging off him. We also scored a goal where the scorer hadn’t a clue what happened. Nobody would have complained if it rebounded off Haji.

Exactly. Haarland has missed much easier chances this season.

And also scored some too. His contribution so far surely indefensible regardless of the shocking miss. There's a long way to go, but others continue to be scapegoated and he's not above that. Nobody wants him to be successful more than I do, but equally he can't be new forever and needs to start producing.
