Those payments including any tax are SISU's responsibilities. The owners.

Actually legally they are not the share holders responsibility at all if they have fully paid for their shares .......... thats the whole point of limited companies .......... limited liability

The responsibility for all of CCFC's debts rests with CCFC

The owners do not need to put in any more money at all ......... they do so (if at all right now) to protect their debt

Honestly dont know if i believe any of this or not! I love the idea of optimism and im trying to believe it...but there is always the niggling feeling of scepticism (how ever you spell that word!) which wont go away. I think im going to refrain from reading anything more about this until i see an official announcement to prevent any disappointment. In the mean time ill just secretly hope its true :thinking about:

All the murmurings today have been positive, but it's one of those situations again isn't it. I won't believe until it happens, just because I feel I have tobe like that now. Supporting Coventry City is disappointing enough, the crap that comes with it is enough to make you suicidal!

16 years ago the other sky blues were relegated to div 3 and went on to be taken over by rich owners and are going to win the prem. History is repeating itself, the futures bright, the futures sky blue

Don't listen to the sceptics on another thread re: takeover i can assure you all this is for real.Have sat on info. for weeks now and still can't be exact but everything is in place for a takeover to proceed, including Ricoh ownership, it is now just a case of satisfying our owners who simply cannot afford to turn away from this. Owning this club is costing their business thousands a month and the reason Ms. Sepella made that sudden flying visit last month was to meet the new people. We might find out later this witholding of rent was just a sabre rattling exercise from a beaten company.

SISU simply can't carry on, no income stream at all, from anywhere. As for the timing of releasing this news again it's exactly as i thought it would be, the timing is crucial and scuppers any threat of administration or liquidation. How can sisu explain to their investors who have put money up you have lost the lot now this news is out.

The future is bright. In Hoffman I trust

on the basis that the council have said they are not for selling their shares anyone consider whether the charity had actually been spoken to by anyone regarding any of this, or whether the option is capable of being actioned by the club at this time (it is the club that can no one else). You might think that speaking to the Higgs Charity might be important let alone manners or respectful when referring to shares they own.

Similarly anyone taken a look at our new chinese power brokers FDKG? The website (last up dated September 2011) or Company House (showing net worth £1852). Not saying some of this isn't true but lets wait and see before we get excited.

That's not a yawn, that's a face-palm.

Those that are skeptical, just tell me this: would you rather the club be owned by Chinese billionaires brought to the club by a lifelong fan; or SISU with their financial ambition that amounts to "Pay the rent? Nah. You can't make us. So there." Cast aside whether you think the rumor is true-just say it is. Do you really see this as bad news? Do you think the club would be in safer hands with SISU still? If so, why? You guys remind me of the ones who gloated after relegation because it gave you an opportunity to slag off the manager. In fact, you are generally the same people..do you actually support CCFC? What with wanting us relegated, liquidated, expunged? What the hell do you actually get out of supporting us?! Are you worried that if we get a takeover and the manager does well you won't be able to enjoy your sport of taking shots at him?

I haven't read the past 5 pages but 'theprince' said this at the start of December: "The deal has happened believe me and they are just waiting for the West Ham game to be out of the way before confirming it. Listen in to Talk Sport and for cryptic clues from our saviour Mr Richard Keys"

Personally NLHWC I am neither for or against any new owners right now, simply because there are no good accurate solid facts.Think you know my stance on SISU. However if it turns out to be more of the same that the current and previous owners have brought then I am going to be fairly non plussed by it all. Who ever any new owners are there is an opportunity here to do good things but not if it is more of the same from the last 20 years. Sorry but I am going to remain skeptical until I know more. That's not being anti GH, or pro SISU .... and it is certainly not wishing ill on our club .... it is just a healthy professional scepticism

Is that West Ham in the cup next season, or in 3 or 4 years after a few promotions and relegations?

Nothing wrong with that OSB, my comments are more aimed at the highly dismissive people: the ones who actually seem to take joy in poo-pooing anything that might possibly be a glimmer of some positive news? The people who actually dislike and blame Hoffman, with no real reason for their malice. I just would like to get some inkling of a clue as to why they take such relish in an attitude that seems somewhat contradictory to wanting their club to progress-or even be saved, given our position hanging over a precipice. If we were to get a takeover of seriously ambitious people with good credentials and billions of Chinese dosh, that would probably be a good thing, right?

Still, I bet there were Chelsea fans saying "Ambrowotsit? Nah, load of bollocks, he's a Russian crook. We're much better off with Ken Bates". Now that deserves a

Something really doesn't seem right

A couple of weeks back I posted pictures and links of two addresses that SISU are supposedly based at. Here is that post:
SkyBlueUkeman said:
2 addresses which SISU are apparently based
1) 4TH FLOOR 1 RED PLACE,
LONDON W1K 6PL
(Source: companycheck.co.uk/company/03413843)

The second one is a tad worring:
2) 11-12 Hanover Street
London, W1S 1YQ

(Yep, that means that it is either based above a Hairdressers or its a false address. And this address comes from Bloomberg http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=24225471)

Now here is the spicy bit:

The first address, -4th floor, 1 red square is currently up for sale/ to let:
http://www.h2so.com/media/43304/1 red place - fourth floor.pdf

The SECOND address, is the strange one. You see the offices above the hairdressers, that is apparently SISU's offices, or one of them anyway.

BUT THESE OFFICES NEXT DOOR:

ARE OWNED BY FDKG ltd.

Coincidence? Is it fuck.
