WTF that came out of nowhere

[Ccfcisparks]

Really like that signing, but isnt he a bit injury prone. Wonder on the fee

[Winny the Bish]

I am genuinely in shock.

[Pusb1]

Take that!!

[Jamesimus]

Averages a goal or assist every 160 minutes in the Premier League, so this is a decent pick up if it happens imo.

Intrigued on the fee, 29 years old.

[Ccfcisparks]

Injury history not great, but its Prem experience and a plug and play striker.

[clint van damme]

Does his name scan into 'I am the one and only'.
If so, Chesney Hawkes pre match performance incoming

[Ccfcisparks]

Forest fans seem quite disappointed!

[Winny the Bish]

Didn't he almost die on the pitch a year ago?

[Tommo1993]

Keep him fit, reckon he’d do enough to keep us up?

[Billfred]

Interesting! Him and Cherif and that's the attacking side sorted.

We are getting a nice blend of experience and potential.

Hes a good player. Strong, powerful athletic seems to be our memo this year

Keep him  alive, reckon he’d do enough to keep us up?

Fixed

[Winny the Bish]

Only one year left on his contract so hopefully the fee is stomachable

Around £5-10m I'd have thought?

[Winny the Bish]

Forest fans seem genuinely upset he's going. Appears to be considered a lovely bloke, great teammate and a manager's dream.

[no_loyalty]

Very happy with this signing, need one more striker, CB and LWB then we are ready to go. PUSB

[Terry Gibson's perm]

Pleased with this

[Jarvo87]

Love the way DK and the team are doing business. Completely under the radar and a great pick up. Never seemed to have a consistent run of games at NF but always looked a handful and a threat whenever I have seen him play.

Looks like 1 more down, 2 possibly 3 to go.

[Johnnythespider]

Is this in addition to another or as a starter ?

[FergieTheFinisher]

Doesn’t strike me as someone who could play 90mins week in week out.

But, he’s a good shout for proven prem quality, solid target man, back to goal just what we need really. If his minutes can be managed he could be a great short to midterm signing.

[Viktor17]

Didn't he almost die on the pitch a year ago?

Ruptured intestine, put in coma.

Big physical lump will say that, with this Cherif if you could pull that off is very good.

[covmark]

Around £5-10m I'd have thought?

Yeah you would think £10m would be the max. Hopefully bring the Cherif lad in, sort out the left hand side, and we're good to go.

Is this a ruptured intestine joke?

[prufrock]

Agent Onyeka got in his ear?

[Nick]

Didn't he almost die on the pitch a year ago?

If I remember it was caused by the linesman and his shitty late flagging and he smashed into the post?

Goal ratio there about 1 in 4.
Thats not a bad return.
I think this looks a decent signing.

[Lamps]

I am genuinely in shock.

Why?

We've been trying to sign a striker, LB and others. We could do with more Prem experience. And no matter what some think we don't hear a thing about most players we're interested in.

Looks like he's just what we need

[Teesside SkyBlue 76]

Didn't he almost die on the pitch a year ago?

Yes collided with the goalpost and had a serious abdominal rupture I think it was that

[Ccfcisparks]

I imagine this will be alongside Cherif. He can play on the left too. I do wonder now if one of our strikers is going.

[SkyBlue_Bear83]

Hopefully decent

[Brighton Sky Blue]

Definitely take that, powerful recognised forward. Curious if that’s the only business we do up front

[RoboCCFC90]

Happy with this. If he can stay fit a good addition.

[Diehard Si]

Not overly convinced by this, but will see. Needed someone in. He's lower mv than Wright and Simms though.
