Let's be honest, the 'elite tactician' nonsense was spouted by loud bell ends on here.
Elite tacticians don't operate in the championship, certainly not on their 4th or 5th manergerial job.
But he still done a pretty good job and may still get us up, but it's been a tough watch since December.
I think he's good until it starts going wrong in games and then he doesn't know how to rectify that.I really should trust my gut and use my head more .
Its not looking good brev
Hes done a good job but weirdly in recent weeks his tactical decisions have been wank .. i shot my bolt on this one
I think the worry is justified nowWe all need to calm down. Big over reaction here today.
hull apart. EVERY RIVAL HAS SPENT MONEY TO IMPROVE ON THE PITCH.We all need to calm down. Big over reaction here today.
It's a similar scenario to what we often had under Robins.
A satisfactory points tally but given the way the points were gained it's caused a huge reaction among the support.
If either man had gained the points more steadily over the season rather than veering from relegation form to autos form or vice versa people woild have been far more content.
Hes stopped changing games with his tactics and subs , seems just like for like now and hoping for the bestWhat has changed because he did get it
DefinitelyI think the worry is justified now
Not sure why he waited 5 mins to bring on a striker after the sending off!Hes stopped changing games with his tactics and subs , seems just like for like now and hoping for the best
But why?Hes stopped changing games with his tactics and subs , seems just like for like now and hoping for the best
Because hes lost his way , its how managers lose their jobs eventuallyBut why?
He did it before
I think the problem is more, nothings changed. We seemed to come out of preseason fitter and sharper than the rest of the league, we basically had the same team as last season so didn't have the "gelling" issue, and we took teams by surprised. Teams know how we play, how to nullify us and what our weaknesses are now, there is no longer a mismatch in fitness and sharpness (in fact if anything, the lack of rotation means we're now suffering from fatigue), and teams that made a few signings in the summer have now gelled with their teams. What has changed because he did get it
Definitely
But today wasn't "disastrous,"
He's rarely done that during his tenure here. He's always done late like for like subs. When he has changed tactics it's usually been forced by injuries.Hes stopped changing games with his tactics and subs , seems just like for like now and hoping for the best
Yea Hes definitely not been proactive .. its what top managers sreI think the problem is more, nothings changed. We're still trying to play the same way.
I didn't think it was,ClintDon't agree. It wasn't just the result, the performance was really poor foe a top of the table team.
I think the losing of points from winning positions in away games is probably the fans biggest gripe, the answer to that I think is to rectify things before they go wrong, if we're a goal up we should change shape to be more defensive not go looking for a second goal, it's not enough for me to be wanting him sacked as he's responsible for us being where we are in the first place.I think he's good until it starts going wrong in games and then he doesn't know how to rectify that.
Wright 2 in 17 starts. Apparently he is brilliantI didn't think it was,Clint
We just weren't clinical enough.
I don't think the performance was poor. We had enough chances to win and had that Wright, clean through shot have gone in and we had won 1 nil, I think we would have pretty much been satisfied
The three chances that stood out for me were... Wright's near the end. It was criminal not to even hit the targethe us brillia
Then Torp's in the first half, where he seemed to want to just pass it into the net. That was a poor effort and again should have been on target.
And then Rudoni's, when he was weaving through into their 6 yard box. He had to take the shot much earlier there.
In many ways it was small margins today. But in saying that, we didn't test their keeper anywhere near enough.

So we are " bell ends" because we can see what is in front of us. Bizarre.Let's be honest, the 'elite tactician' nonsense was spouted by loud bell ends on here.

Yes but Simms was scoring goals while wright was out but despite scoring he was dropped for wright in what was a bizarre decision and we haven’t recovered since and a doubt it did anything for Simms confidence either.BRING BACK BASSETTE
No but seriously today I thought we played decent but lacked a cutting edge in front of goal. Haji was wank with the chances he had.
I can't help but feel if we'd signed Bamford we'd be 5 points clear.
I know people will say that Simms should've come on earlier, and I do like Simms but he's too inconsistent to be relied on.
Wright 2 goals in 18 starts,Simms 10 in 13. Do I think is ace? No. Frank loves Haji and cost us against against Sunderland! WTF are people watching? Pile on coming, bring it on.BRING BACK BASSETTE
