Frank knows what he’s doing but I can’t understand why he plays Eccles further up than Torp and when Kkh plays with mve in team I would play mve ahead and Kkh at right back
Eccles has so much to offer the team and , for me , has been the one Lampard sees so much in .I have felt this too

LolHis tactics work well most of the time and his subs usually work out well after the event. Maybe a few raise eyebrows initially but generally in hindsight they turn out to be justified. Rushworth going down yesterday was a new masterclass from us
Feel like (especially this season ) Lampard has been very good tactically and his subs whilst not always perfect have been largely very good .
I undertstand he is taking some advice on the sidelines too from Edwards but im very impressed with how hes reacting to matches this season

Agreed on all points. Lampard’s career to date was tarnished unfairly imo.He’s bright, been there and done it and worked under some of the very best managers in the game. When we were interviewing him there was some mockery about the feedback from top pros when he was pundit. A couple of anti Lampard posters totally missed the point, these were established pundits really impressed with how he saw the game, stuff they had missed and then explained it clearly and concisely. All critical as a manager. The fact he’d also managed in the championship and then top level in the prem inc champions league showed he had something about him.
One thing I didn’t realise was that steeliness and genuine passion he has but I suppose it’s no surprise as you don’t get to where he got to as a player without it
In the summer I said to some mates that my concern would be that England could come calling if he had a great season with us and we didn’t do well in the World Cup. Still stand by this if he did get us promoted

This is what has impressed me the most, the pragmatism. Too many managers wedded to a perfect style & system. Whilst it is essential you have a clear style & identity, to be successful with a club like ours you have to play the game that's in front of you. I think his 18 months out of the hot seat have actually massively benefited him & all credit for not resting on his laurels but always striving to improve. He's a proper football man.Earlier in the season I formed the opinion that he was quite inflexible. 4-3-3 and subs on 70 mins. Robins used to pull the odd rabbit from the hat but lampard was more formulaic.
But as the season has gone on, for whatever reason, he has become more imaginative. For instance, we now have the idea of the 'finishers' i suspect stolen from rugby union when Allen and crew come on for the last 10 to close out a game.

He is always a step ahead of everybody else and is very proactive with his changes. Doesn't do too much, not a tinkerer by any stretch but he just knows what needs to be done.
I'm immensely impressed with him. When we were linked with him I thought it would be a bad appointment and just another name. He's so much more than that. I can legit see him managing England one day.

Depends how far they get in the tournament as to whether Tuchel stays, but with Kane's retirement it will be a much harder job for whoever the manager is thereafter.All things being equal he will manager England surely ? Unlike some managers who have a ‘system’ that they’ve perfected (Martin, Kompany or Maresca), Lampard has proven that he is actually flexible which in my view, has helped us develop so quickly this season and got us through specific games.
I’m not too worried about him leaving for England, the FA will surely want Lampard to demonstrate capability in the Prem before committing to him.

Who does he start at LB for the next 3 games ? think he goes with bidwell, but thought Brau looked ok when he came on
Think it will be Bidwell but think Brau should be given his headIf we are continuing to play with wing backs then for me it's Brau. I still think Bidwell is decent but only as a traditional FB or CB. He hasn't got the pace to be a wing back.
