I'd rather have an up and coming manager trying to prove himself. There's loads of managers like Coleman and Boothroyd who seem to have fluked a bit bit of success and make a career off the back of it. Lets face it anyone who's a good experienced manager isn't coming here so why not go for someone who's hungry to prove themselves.

Frankly at the moment I wouldn't complain if they made someone like Claus Jorgensen manager on the basis that he sounds like he has a clue when he's on CWR!
