She provides strength and conditioning, medical, nutrition. The players are the fittest they have been and they have changed their behaviour for their career and for us.
New gym went in in the summer.

Unpopular, but I agree. A lot will depend on the new appointment, but he has been direct and open on all questions. Sometimes even confrontational, but maybe rightly.

He’s being incredibly transparent and honest, which is great. He’s also come out with some great answers and targeted the moaning themes from fans.
However, there’s a lot of blame on Robins here. Doesn’t quite sit right. And the mask does slip at times and a rudeness/arrogance comes out. In fairness most people at that level have that trait.
