I am considering buying a roll neck jumper, has Doug got any tips on stockists
It's ok as long as you're not fat. A roll-neck and a belt you'll just look like sausages.

Can you ask if the club are looking to redevelop or move training ground, it must put some off to see the gym in a tent, and a poxy little building. I get it's not Doug's fault and he's trying to polish a turd but it must surely make players rethink any decisions to join.

That could bankrupt the club, just ask Leicester.

The land at Ryton is too small so you would need to buy land and build, which is going to cost millions.

Doubt it it is really that high up on the agenda for the type of players we're signing

1. The off-field matchday experience has got a lot worse since it was outsourced. It doesn't have the personality or connection. It's clearly done by people who aren't invested in this club and its culture and are instead providing a identikit, out-of-the-box, service. Given the scoreboard is remotely operated they're literally phoning it in. It's like some people have had a brainstorming session about what Coventry and the club means, without actually asking anyone from the city or supporters of the club.

Was this cheaper than the previous in-house team? It's a poor offering and IMO not VFM. What does the club intend to do to improve this and give it more of the club's identity?

2. Do the management actually believe that we belong in the PL on merit? King and Lampard keep going on about 'remembering where we've come from?'. How about talking about where we are and where we're going? If we just keep remembering where we've come from that's where we'll end up again.

3. On a similar note, how much have the management and coaching team talked to the players since the summer about how much of a step up it will be and how hard it will be? So many of our players look nervous and are playing within themselves. There was fear on the faces of so many players before our first game that they'd clearly lost almost all their self confidence before a ball was even kicked. How about we focus more on looking at ways we can cause the opposition problems rather that focusing almost exclusively on the problems the opposition can cause us.

Ellis I think has the best total all time record of scorers against prem teams!
While contracted.

What is the point in constantly sending out a 'how was your match experience' survey after every game to then ignore everybody's comments? I can only Echo most people on this thread.... Pre match build up is absolutely abysmal and has gone backwards. The management of the Scoreboard is like it is being run by a competition winner. When you don't want to see a replay you see a repaly, when you want to see a replay, you see an advert or it cuts off. We don't need a delayed feed of the game we are watching. We also need proper notice on the scoreboard of when a VAR review is taking place and what it is for.... Everybody else does it so why don't we?

The service in the concourse is even worse than last season. Braindead idiots who have never poured a beer in their lives and take 5 minutes to serve one customer. The actual quality and selection of beers is a shambles and is a massive step backwards.

Overall the whole matchday experience is so sterile and grim now.

That's before we get to the product on the pitch and how we look like rabbits in the headlights everyweek. Again in Lampards pre match presser he is going out about the huge step up and talking like it will be a miracle if we can stay up.... The inferiorority complex which seems to have been installed in our players is embarrassing and needs to change like alot of other people have mentioned. I don't see Hull going out with this timid attitude and believing they are beat before they even step on the pitch and their is absolutely no way pound for pound that they have a better squad than us.

Can you also ask Douglas if he can sort a pale out out in the fanzones indoor and out and more of the Apocalypse IPA accross the concourse.

One bar near 16/17 literally has taps for carling only.

Right i've had my rant.

Deffo on the need for an IPA.

The off-field experience can also be linked to the new stuff in the shop that we received an email about today. The clothing with a "little elephant" in the same colour as the rest of the material, doesn't stand out and where does this say Coventry City to anybody when you are wearing it. It could be any cheap logo. In addition, £40 for a drinks bottle, are you having a 😃.

Best option if you don't like the build up is have a few beers & get to your seat at 2.56. Works.

Will a review be put in place for the horrendous delivery of forced seat moves, where they said they’d do everything to accommodate fans and literally did the opposite?

Will those fans who’ve moved to seats that have made their match experience infinitely worse, be offered first refusal on the next season seat moves?

Just echoing the disappointment at the changed pre match routine. Sterile, misses the mark and as Dreamer says feels like five 23 year olds in London googled “things to do with Coventry”.

Hi Doug. We were extremely lucky to get out of the Championship on a very low budget, what made you think that same model would work in the Premier League?

Hi Mr Starling,
Thank you for your continued support.
Luck never came into it.
We were superb & We will stay up this season.
Doug.

Not really a question to be raised I don't think, but is PUSB still trademarked and so the club can't use it?

On the stadium development

1) When do we hope to finish the works in cleaning, and repainting the stadium. Noticed a couple areas which haven’t been cleaned/replaced and a small bit above the players entrance which hasn’t been painted.

2) How long until we can remove the Fraser’s plus branding around the stadium.

On the subject of ticketing, the exchange for today has opened at 11:30 on the morning of the match.

Surely they must see how ridiculous the current setup is.
The exchange only opens once every available ticket has been sold, which in this instance must have been Saturday morning

What needs to change. As if there is 1/1000 tickets left direct but they are all singles. Means no one can use exchange and sell tickets that friends/family could use.
