Similar, although it is a Eric Christian Olsen who is more known for Dumb and Dumberer. Mind you I had never heard of movie or him until a day ago.

No idea who the lead role is (Eric Olsen ?) but this movie and that shirt put him on NCIS for 10 years :O Zach Galligan (Gremlins), Catherine Oxenburg (.... actress, daughter of Princess of Hungary) and Alexandra Paul (lots of roles including Sharknado) were all in it. IMDB review is 4.2/10 so the best thing in it is that Peugeot shirt
