Upon Avon that is, not East London hell hole.
Best was to get from Stratford to the CBS and back on public transport please?

There's a direct bus from SOA to the centre of Coventry, from where you could walk to the station and get the club shuttle bus. It would definitely take longer than the train but possibly less stressful than attempting to cram yourself onto the arena train

And hour and a half, fuck me. Its only down the road.

Because of the near 40 minutes wait in Leamington.

It only takes 20 minutes from Leamington to get to the turnstiles.

The train to the stadium is always packed leaving Cov station, to the point where not everyone can get on - this train comes from Leamington so should get on OK there. I've always got on it on the way back but it is also packed and so infrequent that if you miss it - a la Ed Balls - it's a right pain.

Alas, poor Clint, I knew him Horratio; a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is!

Wondered what you were on a out then, then remembered who Stratfords most famous son after Adge was

Stratford London is on the up. V&A East just opened and Cross Rail has upped it's transport links. All the artists priced out of Hoxton and Shoreditch have moved east, quite a few to Stratford. No longer cheap housing but you get a garden and parking.

Is it too much to ask to have an extra carriage on the Arena train. 🤔

I think the platform is part of the issue for safety, although not beyond the realms of man to sort that. Could also put a screen on that opens st the doors like on the underground if numbers on there are also a concern.

Train to Leamington then another one to the arena. Takes about an hour and a half.
Properly sums up the state of British railways that, an hour and a half to do what, 20 miles.

Could probably get from Stratford, East London quicker.

Sadly although Stratford is a tourist hot spot it’s an absolute fucker to get to ! However you try 😆 and if it’s in your way to get somewhere the 16th century bridge often crossed by dick Turpin is still
There holding up the traffic !

The smallest of the platforms is still big enough to accommodate three carriages. 🤔
