Only two wins in our last nine games and three defeats in our last four.
I am genuinely concerned about this form, and by how much the goals have dried up.

I don't care about the Cup this year, and if form hadn't been so poor going into this may even be slightly relieved by the result, but following the last few games, feel that it was important to get something from this for moral.

Dissapointing but good second half performance.

Lots of positives. Yang and esse look good. Esse I could see playing more than saka even. Yang has ball greedy vibes but he's clearly talented.

If we are in for anyone else I hope it is a cm. Today we saw with a midfield without grimes and torp looks like. No creativity. Eccles Allen and Andrew's are fine squad players but if we can improve upon them it will increase our chances of going up

Looking forward to getting back to winning ways Vs Leicester. It's time

Apart from the two new guys looking decent, apart from Andrews getting good minutes and looking decent, apart from resting a few first teamers a bit, apart from not having to play more games than we need to to win the league, apart from picking up no more injuries, apart from having Allen back in the squad, apart from the cup serving as 1 match of Thomas's ban.

Other than that, you're spot on.

But apart from that, what have the Romans ever done for us!?

If Stoke fans think they are a top six team on that showing against our second string they are having a laugh. One magic moment is all they could offer from their first 11

Oh well not sure what to make of that. Thought Andrews was very classy and assured. The loanees looked decent. Defence still looks a little shaky. Unfortunate with the 2 shots that hit the post and ultimately undone by an unstoppable shot.

Haji hitting the post from a yard out today sums it up really. Im disappointed to lose, you always want to win but ill be over it by tonight.

Liked Andrews, as ol Sparks says, loan him to L1. He can handle it and will learn.

Esse grew into it. Again, Haji is on a real low of confidence, that header desperately needed to go in

Positives:

•We're out the FA Cup so can concentrate fully on the league. Id have happily.taken that at the start of the day.
•We didnt go in to ET and wasting another 30 mins tiring and risking injury.
•Both Esse and Mini played well and seem to have just slipped in to our system.
•Andrews held his own and looked decent at times. I really wouldn't be against him going to a Derby or Swansea (mid-table, no threat to us) type team on loan for the rest of the season and get some decent minutes.
•Managed to rest some players (though Frank is adamant he wont give MVE a day off!).
•Nice that Esse can fill in at 10 nicely too.

Negatives:

•Haji Wright, just..... wtaf?!?!
•We continue to look dodgy at the back, seems to be weekly fuck ups/out of shape/easily undone.
•Our scoring form has dissapeared. The goals we scored for fun first half of the season are just not there anymore. Doesn't help your main striker misses open goals from a yard out.
•Once again (seems a habit atm) we've out passed, out possessed, and outplayed a team, only to be out scored and out xG'd. We really do seem to be all fart and no shit atm. Which isnt great when we defend like we do.
•Starting to feel very much like that Tony Mowbray season.
