I don’t know the name of any other youth CBs I’m afraid. Not sure it’s a risk any more than him training is TBH. He’s a normal healthy pro there’s no reason beyond fatigue not to play him.

People acting like we’re playing away in Mordor

It will be good for the likes of Woolfenden to get more minutes imo, I think it’s been tough on them to get thrown pretty much straight in to high profile, high pressure matches.

I know but I don’t see why he’d be more at risk of injury during a game. Lots of players get injured training too but there’s no reason to think he’s any more likely than usual. He’s not a first team player and I think it’s a bit silly wrapping him in cotton wool like he’s some frail 18 yo winger up against Cloggers FC
