He's a bit like Moussa; disappears too much in games.

Can't criticise his commitment to the cause, but I do think sometimes he needs to be a bit more mobile, and a little less greedy / selfish. Sometimes it helps, but the majority of the time it ends with him conceding possession sloppily or shooting high and wide.
