This is the eleven I would like to see Mowbray stick with now until the end of the season, only making changes to cover injury or suspension and obviously subs if it's not working in a game.

I'm pretty sure he will adjust the starting eleven depending on the opposition and whether we are playing home or away. I get what you mean though, he needs to keep the same core team if possible.

He hinted in his post match interview he believes it is all about the players on the pitch and that is the first time he could pick that midfield since Crewe.
I think he knows that is his best 11.

Yes, he may change at times to counter specific opposition but at least he knows the preferred 11

He went with my team for once which is why we won 6-0! In all seriousness I think this is our strongest line up if we play 4-2-3-1.
Though when Martin fit he would be challenging for centre half. Vince & Fleck complement each other in defensive mid roles and with
Cole, Murphy & Madders you have a nice mix of everything in the attacking mid outlets. Would like to see unchanged start xi for next game....we will see.

Apparently the first time that front 6 since 5-0 v Crewe. I felt more confident about RCC too with solid centre half pair in front of him and he played his part with a couple of decent saves too. 1-11 superb, wouldn't change a thing.

Yep. RCC looks far more assured with a solid back four.

Since Crewe he has had to juggle around with suspensions to Fleck and Vincelot plus injuries, it hasn't all been about changing for the opposition.
