Remember when SISU took a mortgage out on the training ground? People went mental. Wasps take out a huge loan against the Ricoh and its fantastic business.
They already have a payday loan company lending to CCFC. It's called ARVO I believe. All SISU have to work out now is how to get a payday out of CCFC. Give them another 7 years and they may have accidentally stumbled over one by then.
Wonder what they are actually worth
Interesting that Jag at the beginning were going to pay around £700K per an
Make RICOH's £1M per an seem expensive
Should It be the same Sponsor as the one on Wasps shirts would you prefer the majority going there thus deflating that going to ACL?

It says something when an investment company - SISU - isn't willing to take on the risk of lending one of its subsidiaries - Sky Blue Holdings or whatever we are now operated by - and would rather go to a third party to take the risk. We appear to be sinking deeper and deeper into the brown stuff.
I totally agree, the thing is Jaguar have always classed themselves as a luxury brand and football as working class, hence they have never sponsored us. I do think though that they were going to sponsor the stadium before Ricoh but bailed out as theyw ere losing money before TATA stepped in. I always thought a Jaguar leaping across our home strip would have been so cool, instead we got Tallon, Cassidy, etc
I'm sure this has been suggested on other posts, but there is no mention of it on this one, so what if Wasps were to buy SISU out and become the new owners of CCFC, therefore guaranteeing themselves 23 extra matchdays income per annum, and having the financial incentive to invest in the football club?

The official reply is that they have enough to do establishing Wasps at the Ricoh. In addition they say they know nothing at all about football club manegement.
I suspect they will just get those incomes anyway as we are stuck at the Ricoh at whatever rent they want to charge us.

It looks like they have established the Rugby club pretty well already. As far as knowing nothing about football club management, they wouldn't have to know much to be better equipped than our current owners
