but if the already have a season ticket them moving seats isn't going to be any issue with regards to numbers sold
It’s possible, it’s just you’ll need good fortune if you’re going to get the seats when and where you need them.

I moved ST seats 2 seasons ago and it wasn’t a hassle and my hope everyone is that people have a similar, stress-free experience to me. My expectation is that it won’t.

Will the block next to the away fans that didn’t exist last summer be open? If so I’d expect some movement to there to free up some space for others.

Prem league state you have to give 10% of capacity to away fans so we are going to need another 500 plus away seats. I imagine some st holders in block 5 or 10 as well as the extra spaces needed for cameras and sky etc

It’ll be block 9 I think. Full block 9 for away fans was near 4k. Could be wrong.

I think there are different rules for the FA Cup (15%?) so for those matches I presume the club would need to move some home ST holders from the South Stand. To facilitate that, I imagine the club will want a contiguous area of non-ST seats to use each time. If so, I guess that means not selling STs in that area, further restricting the scope for people to move their STs?

The area in which you can buy isn't ring fenced though is it? So although the prime locations will be difficult, there should be a couple of thousand "empty" seats to chose from, right?
Yeah absolutely, depends where your looking. If you were looking. For blocks 19-21 for example, you will struggle to find anything but single seats until after the deadline to keep your existing seat.

Yeah away fans must have 10% of your capacity capped at a maximum of 3,000. E.g. Man Utd have to give 3,000 and not 10% which would be something like nearly 8,000.

We moved from block 18 to 11 when safe standing was fitted! Will never move from there now! Great view! Always thought I’d prefer the halfway line type view but behind the goal view is so much better!!
I cant argue better or worse experience, but definitely not a better view and no perspective on offsides really. Far end of the pitch also difficult sometimes, but I've pretty much spent most of my time watching City from an end starting with the West Stand at HR and wouldn't change it.

Will there be more price zones, we currently have two, but with a full stadium they could decide to have more, like HR when in Premier there were numerous price zones for different stands.

As should be ok in my seat then but depends how imaginative they become I guess.

I think I’d give up the off side perspective view to see the ball hit the back of the next whilst being behind the goal! Tend to agree though on the far end of the pitch 😂😂 eyes aren’t as good as they used to be anymore!

If I get the opportunity I think I'll be moving behind the goals in the south stand, currently in the corner, but sick of listening to the simpletons shouting absolute rubbish for 90 mins every week. Some clown shouts shoot every time a new player gets it, Thomas passes to Kitching 40 yards out and he'll be screaming at him to have a shot.
