Lets see how that works out for them. What will they get 5k a game losing more and more money. The ship is sinking and taking all of us with it.

Probably lay on free coaches included in your ticket price, season tickets honoured

How will they be able to afford all the Season Ticket refunds?

Why would they have to refund season tickets? They would be valid I'd imagine. Guess they'd chuck in free transport as a token gesture.

More posturing I suspect though. I'm sure this won't happen.

Reporter said that the Ricoh lease is now terminated.

So if we do get new owners, ACL will have no choice but to drop there recent demands as no one will take over the club with what was on offer from them.

Season tickets sold under false pretenses. Anyone who can't make it to games on time would have a strong legal case for demanding a refund.

How many people would go to court for the sake of £36 though? I'll give you the 36 quid to save you the hassle and stress :p

Isn't it against FA rules for us to do this?

I wouldn't have thought so. I am sure the priority of the FA/FL will be to keep the club in existence so sanctioning a temporary change in venue would be a formality you would think?

I didn't think Tim was actually being serious when he said we'd lose even more money and fans than we already have by moving somewhere else. He is putting nails in the coffin Richardson started building 15 years ago.

Yep the football league have always said there first priority is to fulfil league fixtures, it would be against the rule for us to just decide we were leaving the Ricoh but I would imagine if we were just kicked out of the stadium the football league would have no choice but to sanction the move

What is your source for this?

That's what the official statement says and it coincides with football league rules. The f a want fixtures fulfilled. The club is a going concern that have been evicted by a landlord.

Where's the Walsall talk actually coming from? - Surely would have been leaked before now if there had been talks with 1- Walsall and 2- the football league... it hasnt all happened in the last 2 hours...
