They get four as of this season, at the expense of Serie A. England and Spain (in that order) are a long, long way ahead in the coefficient rankings, so it's very unlikely either will lose a Champions League spot in the foreseeable future.

Parker and Dembele impressed me the most last night. Absolutely class.

If they bring in some quality in the summer (and don't lose Bale)and 2 new strikers is a must then I think they'll be knocking on the Mancs door for the title.

The coefficients you quote - the 2013 ones - will inform the 2014-15 European season, and they'll still have the same top two. England and Spain won't be losing any Champions League spots for years.
