From memory it actually started in November then as you say went into December.

Also, it was an incredibly young side with zero depth and no real hope of recruiting well in January.

Beyond the Starting XI we had next to no quality. Couple that with Armstrong's form dropping off a cliff it ended up being a perfect storm for our collapse.

We also picked up some terrible freebies at Xmas.

I actually don’t think this will be a trouncing. Lati and Wolfenden are good players with loads of experience. They only aren’t playing because of how well the other two have done. The attack will still be potent, we’ve had plenty of games without Sakamoto this season and still won. I’m sure Saints aren’t at full strength either. A draw would be very possible I think

I should think they play together in practice games with Kitch & Bobby on the other side.

Lati hate is OTT.

True; he’s had zero minutes and has zero acceleration. But he’s a decent enough CB at this level and he won’t lack commitment either.

I am more worried about Woolf next to him.

Rest of the team isn’t that weak other than missing a natural winger. Wonder if we’ll see Wright left and Simms up top at some point.
