Not going to happen. We need to dig in and get a bit lucky to come away with the 1-1.

You can never say we won't score.

A fluke, an own goal, a penalty or free kick. It's always possible, even when looking unlikely.

Way MVE was coughing and covering his mouth, not interacting with the players coming on, has he got the flu as well.

Can't imagine we've got players so ill they're out but nobody else is affected at all.

Wright has pace, Simms doesn't have as much, and we're likely to need pace to counter-attack - and the option to go for it if we concede again - so I'm on board with keeping Wright on tbf.

I say as he's about to come off.

Simms has pace when he has a lot of pitch in front of him. Stronger than Wright and better at defending the set piece.

Only a few days in but a few people I’ve spoken to have said this flu sticks around for a week or two after you’re “better” wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a few below par for a few weeks.

Big Norm getting a recall in time for the run-in?

This isn't the first time we've had people ill this season is it, or am I misremembering?

Might not be the worst idea for the club to start doing flu and covid tests and isolate people where needed.
