On the coach back from Hartlepool and I woke up to find two lads talking about Sixfields, I tried not to listen in but it really annoyed me when one lad said to the other "The club needs the true supporters to continue to go to Sixfields".

Comments like this are starting to bug me a lot because they aren't supporters better than any other we all support CCFC and although our predicament isn't fantastic, the fans who do attend Sixfields who preach about being true supporters are really frustrating me.

I am going back to sleep now.

I agree with you, but a big thumbs up to anyone who went to Hartlepool for a FA round 2 match

I think there was about 700 in the end, I went with Father and Uncle again and was a laugh like always, good atmosphere, but unfortunately I think we were quite lucky to come away with a draw, hopefully get them back to Sixfields with Super Cal back in the team we can get in the 3rd round.

Its not necessary ,the figures tell their own story ,It Is what It is ,Its entirely natural the way Its broken down and there Is no need for Hectoring or Wumming on this matter.

Edit; This may come over as a bit of a brian~ Impression ,However I must point out that there is no inference that "Hectoring ", relates to any

activities pertaining to any Canine creatures.***LOL***

Nobody's more 'real' or 'true' a fan than another, apart from all of us vs the obviously made up personas. IMHO!!!!

I agree, both sides just think they are superior to the other

Some think a few individuals who go to watch city wherever they play are killing the club, yet don't see 1.2 million a year rent did far more damage. Idiot successive regimes agreed to it so that's justification.

I remember at the Shrewsbury ground after the game meeting a quite vociferous Individual who thought all those staying away/ In the Trust/On the March were no fans who never went anyway or held St's.

Which coach were you on? It might have been me and my mate, we were talking about going to Sixfields for the replay. Not in the ground, but on the hill. We felt the need to go and show our support to the lads on the hill, plus it beats sitting on your arse all night.

We would be better off financially paying much more than 1.2m to rent the Ricoh than staying in Northampton. It was the big money for crap players that did the majority of the damage.

The symmetry between what was the rent and what are now Interest charges Is Intriguing ,while owners are entitled to make money from football however,it s hardly helping "The Club" Is It?

Thank you Steve. We might be bringing up to 5 people including me, so I hope we can help show SISU who they're dealing with :)

The hill is good fun, some interesting characters. It's also nice that you can talk to other fans, some go in some do not, individuals choice.
You will be very surprised at how much of the pitch you can see.

I've heard the only part you cant see is one of the goals. Im sure the crowd will let you know what happens there tho. Actually quite excited for it. I'll bring a torch seeing as its a night game. I don't wanna slip down the other side of the hill. I'll probably end up in the stadium haha. Looking forward to it tho :)

From one part you see about two thirds of pitch and one goal, by walking around a little you can see other goal and about Quarter of pitch. We normally kick off same way so we attack away end first, wrap up well as can get cold, but pub right next to us for half time refreshments.
No need for torch as the path has street lighting.

That's good then, at least I wont go thirsty :D and if you can see that much of the pitch, why anyone pay to watch it? haha

Don't rely on the people in the ground to give you an indication of whats going on.
