30 million would be Sheff Utd value as like us its only when he plays for you that you understand his value. there was mention it could be 18 million, i think that is what Leeds offered.If he goes to PSV it's a good move all round imo. How much are they asking for? I've seen reports as low as 10 mill and as high as 30 mill.
He's an outstanding player at this level but given he's 28 and his peak has been to get relegated with one of the worst Prem teams of all time, no one is offering £30 million.
