I would say he is £24.5m at a maximum, I agree with everything you said though

That's pie in the sky mate! £23M and not a penny more.

A lot of things actually.

We easily have the capability of winning this league. <snip>

But bear in mind several of our star players are only loans so the second half of the season is uncertain.

Let's not hold a big price tag against Bigi, he didn't put the value on himself did he? Other sources lumbered him with that. Newcastle was a huge opportunity for him, you can't blame him for taking it. It seemed to start well enough for him.

his career isn't over yet and he could still prove to be a good aquisition for us...so let's give him a chance to at least get match fit.

murphy was class today as was armstrong. murphy for the goals and armstrong for the movement and tireless running. Teams obviously target armstrong which leaves space for others. well done mowbray and the lads, thoroughly deserved win.

Yes, you can just image the Gills after match debriefing. "Who was that Murphy, You told us Armstrong was their danger man?"

Another thing – Ben Turner dealt with absolutely everything thrown at him today with ease, after only just coming back from major ankle surgery.

I believe he may only be contracted until next summer. If we can make it into the Championship, I’d love to think that we could compete with Cardiff to sign him up for next season. Out of the long string of bad decisions in recent years, letting him go was probably the one that annoyed me the most.

We learned that taking your foot of the gas is dangerous unless you are four goals up.
